Cleveland is seeking up to $10 million in state grants to clean up one of the largest stretches of vacant industrial land in the city. The city is working with the Site Readiness for Good Jobs Fund, a nonprofit formed by Mayor Justin Bibb to acquire and clean undesirable land for developers. The earliest they would receive new funds would be in early 2027.
