An Atlanta 19-year-old man is charged with arson after authorities say he lit a neighbor's porch on fire. The fire was extinguished without injury. The suspect was identified as Parsa Robert Bojnordi. He also had warrants out for his arrest for stealing a makeup box and throwing tuna, chopped up fish in an SUV.
