The Miami (Ohio) men's swim team has been supporting the RedHawks' NCAA Tournament run, with a recent game against SMU in Dayton, Ohio. The team, dressed as if they were about to compete, disrupted the game by distracting the Mustangs' free throw. If they attend the second consecutive March Madness game, this will be their second consecutive game. The RedHawk team has also been a presence at RedHhawks basketball home games at Millett Hall throughout the season. The teams are making their 18th appearance in the NCAA Tournament and their first since the 2006-07 season.
