A driver and passenger were stopped for failing to stop at a sidewalk while exiting a parking lot, and the driver and her passenger were reportedly "verbally combative" during the stop. The driver showed her driver's license had expired three days prior to the stop and was removed from the vehicle for it to be towed. The officer recommended additional charges for the driver for carrying a concealed weapon. The vehicle was also found with marijuana, drug paraphernalia and a handgun.
