Man arrested month after hit-and-run killed woman in St. Paul

A month after a deadly hit-and-run in St. Paul, St. Michael's police have arrested 34-year-old Terrell Frye on suspicion of criminal vehicular homicide. The victim, Lisa Giguere, was severely injured and died six days after being hit. The suspect is now in custody in Ramsey County awaiting possible criminal charges.
