The Federal Reserve (Fed) has kept interest rates unchanged, leaving the benchmark federal funds rate at between 3.50% and 3.75%, while oil hit a 4-year high overnight. The 10-year Treasury bond yield, the key benchmark for U.S. government borrowing, was traded at 4.410%.
