GECKOFEST is set to take place on the 26th July in Gulfport, Florida. The theme of the event is "Music Awards," inviting costumed creativity across GeckoFest, the Gecko Ball, and the walking parade. The 11th Annual Gecko Art Show Opening will showcase original works by nine local artists. The Gecko Crawl and Poker Run will offer a night of fun, with general admission costing $30 and poker-only tickets costing $10. Other events include a Gecko Festival at Stetson University, featuring live music, dancing, a costume contest, a silent auction, food trucks, and a new Gecko Queen.
