Trial for suspect accused in deadly shooting of viral Garfield Heights father

The trial of Wuanyae Arrington, the 30-year-old man accused of murdering Jose Ervin Jr. Ervin was shot and killed following an argument with Arrington. Arrington was indicted on charges of aggravated murder, murder, felonious assault, and having weapons while under disability. The victim leaves behind his pregnant wife and two children.
