Shanita James, 36, has been charged with assault and burglary of a motor vehicle in relation to a violent assault on a juvenile. The assault occurred on Jan. 12, 2025, during which two juveniles were reportedly fighting. The bus driver tried to stop James from entering the bus, but she reportedly pushed past him and proceeded down the aisle. The juvenile victim was taken to the hospital for chest pain.
