Person in custody after DPS uses grappler on SUV in far north Phoenix

A driver was taken away in handcuffs after Department of Public Safety (DPS) troopers used a grappler to stop an SUV in far north Phoenix. The incident occurred when a silver SUV's rear wheel was successfully caught in the grappler. The driver was surrounded by several other vehicles and eventually taken to the hospital with unknown injuries.
