DOJ Sues New Jersey Town Over Natural Gas Ban

The Department of Justice has filed a lawsuit against New Jersey's Morris Township, alleging that the ban on natural gas and other fossil fuels in newly constructed buildings increases energy costs and weakens the nation's energy dominance. The lawsuit is being supported by the Department of Energy (Phenomena).
