Japanese PM Takaichi meets British rock band Deep Purple

Japan's Prime Minister, Shinzo Abeidid, has met with British rock band Deep Purple as they prepare to embark on a tour across the country where they recorded their 1972 live album, Made in Japan. Abeidi, the country's first female prime minister, expressed his admiration for the band's hard rock heritage and hopes the tour will stimulate cultural exchange between the UK and Japan.
