Man killed in hit-and-run on the Upper East Side: NYPD

A 44-year-old man was fatally struck in a hit-and-run on the Upper East Side, New York, early Friday morning. The incident occurred near Lexington Avenue and East 61st Street. The vehicle did not leave the scene and the victim was taken to a local hospital with severe injuries. No arrests have been made.
