Former Assistant FBI Director advises vigilance after domestic terrorism in Michigan and Virginia

After domestic terrorism incidents in Michigan and Virginia, former Assistant Director of the FBI and practicing Charlotte attorney, Chris Swecker, has advised against complacency. He stated that North Carolina does not have an imminent threat and that the state has a good handle on sleeper cells. The threat level is a general advisory for all Americans and not a specific warning for Charlotteans. Additionally, Swecker recommended watching for suspicious activity in public and reporting suspicious activity to police.
