Orlando Bloom, a 49-year-old actor, has listed his Malibu, California home for $12 million. The four-bedroom, five-bathroom home was purchased for $2.5 million in 2011 by Bloom, who was married to Miranda Kerr before their split in 2013. The actor recently decided to rent the home out and now lives further north in California. He made extensive renovations to the home, which he said cost more than twice what he originally paid for. The property is also the home where Bloom and Kerr's son, Flynn, spent their early years.
