Schuber Mitchell Homes builds 5,000 homes since 2011 launch

Since its launch in 2011, Schuber Mitchell has built 5,000 homes in 46 different locations across four states, including Joplin, Webb City, and Carl Junction, with approximately 18,000 people now living in these homes. The company expects to construct 1,000 new homes in 2026 and reach its next 5,00 by 2030.
