Sirens to sound across Cuyahoga Wednesday morning — but don’t panic, it’s just a drill

The county is participating in a statewide tornado drill, part of Severe Weather Awareness Week, which aims to help residents prepare for inclement weather in the spring and summer. The drill will take place at 9:50 a.m. and is expected to test outdoor warning sirens and mass notification systems. The county is encouraging residents to practice their severe weather sheltering plans.
