Wayne Dory-Lis, a Delaware man, has been sentenced to 20 to 40 years in prison for the murder of a North Philadelphia security guard named Nassir Day. The shooting occurred nearly five years ago while Day was working as a security guard at a social services center. The convicted murderer entered the building with homemade pipe guns and was fatally shot by Day.
