A report by RentCafe has found that Richmond, Virginia, is one of the most in-demand cities in the nation for renters, ranking 11th and fifth in the South. The report also revealed that there is significant interest in apartments in Virginia Beach and New York. The average rent in Richmond is $1,590 per month, a 3% increase from the previous year.
