An Ozark County man, Chevy Logan Mahan, has been arrested for the rape of a minor female family member on Nov. 25, 2023. The victim alleges the attack occurred while she was sleeping on the floor of Mahan's bedroom floor. The case was filed by the prosecuting attorney and is currently being investigated by the Department of Justice.
