Carabao Cup final: First person charged with tailgating

A 27-year-old man has been charged with entering a football match without a ticket, following the Carabao Cup final at Wembley. The new law came into effect on Sunday, and two other men were arrested on suspicion of the same offence. The charges will be heard at Willesden Magistrates' Court on 1 May.
