A South Florida family is helping to create opportunities for adults on the autism spectrum through their car wash, Rising Tide Car Wash. The business, which opened in 2013, employs over 90 individuals on the spectrum and has since grown to three locations in Parkland, Margate and Coral Springs, with over 250 employees having gone on to secure jobs elsewhere.
