Reignaldo "Ronnie" Faust, the grandson of Maxine Faust, has opened Fat Ronnie's Burger Bar in the West Village, New York. The restaurant carries forward a five-generation family legacy that stretches from Harlem to Oak Bluffs, Massachusetts. Fat Ronnie’s specializes in all natural, butcher-grade, pub-style Angus beef burgers grilled to order, with over 32 toppings and a sub-menu dedicated to chicken sandwiches, tenders, and wings. A third location is planned for Miami Beach in 2027.
