Philippines' national security adviser has resigned, official says

The Philippine National Security Adviser, Eduardo Ano, has resigned and will be replaced by former military leader, Josef Zarate. Ano's decision comes after decades of public service. The announcement was made during a press conference at the National Geographic Society.
