Six Flags is introducing new age restrictions at several parks throughout spring break due to increasing nuisance from younger customers. Six Flags Over Texas requires guests under 17 and under to be accompanied by an adult over 21 years old, who must provide a government-issued photo ID with a date of birth at entry and cannot have more than five minors with them at the park. Guests 17 and older may also be required to verify their age or face being denied entry. The new policy has mixed reactions among parkgoers, with some calling it too strict. Other parks within the Six Flags system also have similar chaperone policies.
