Key Atlanta Braves baseball player suspended for entire season

The Atlanta Braves baseball player, Jurickson Profar, has been suspended for an entire season due to allegedly testing positive for performance-enhancing drugs (PEDs) for the second consecutive year. Profar will sit out 162 games, the length of a full season. He was suspended for 80 games last year and returned to the team in early July. If the team makes the playoffs, Profar would not be able to play, even though his 162 regular-season suspension would extend.
