A 14-year-old boy in Wyoming is being charged with first-degree murder for the shooting death of his mother, Theresa McIntosh, who was found with a gunshot wound to the head on March 7. The boy initially claimed that McIntosh had committed suicide, but there was no "contact wound" found during this examination. McIntosh was transferred to Cheyenne Regional Medical Center (CRMC) before being air-flown to UC Health in Fort Collins, Colorado, where she died of her injuries. The suspect, identified as Leone, allegedly told investigators that McIntos had argued with him about a stolen tablet that McIntoss accused him of stealing from a client of her house-cleaning business.
