Queensland Expands ‘Adult Crime, Adult Time’ List for Young Offenders

The Queensland government has added 12 new offences to its 'adult crime, adult time' list, bringing the total to 45. The offences include domestic and sexual violence crimes, riot, assault occasioning bodily harm, and conspiracy to murder. The increase in these offences is seen as a significant increase in the number of potential sentences for young offenders.
