Two brothers, Darren and Asheile Foster, are accused of shooting at an undercover US Park Police officer in Washington, DC, causing him to be shot in the shoulder. The officer was following Foster after he returned home from a drug arrest and was investigating a shooting at another park days earlier. The brothers deny the allegations of an ambush and claim that their actions were influenced by fear and a shadowy car following them for miles. They will be back in court on April 14th for a hearing on a defense request to view the transcripts of the grand jury proceedings.
