Silver Alert issued for missing Barton County man with Alzheimer’s

The Kansas Bureau of Investigation has issued a Silver Alert for 87-year-old Ronald Base, believed to be traveling with a purpose for the purpose of driving. The man is described as 6 feet tall, weighing 200 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. He was last seen around 3:40 p.m. on Monday.
