Warrant Issued For New Haven Man, 28, In 2025 Hit & Run Of Child, 7, In Stroller: NHPD

On October 15, 2025, New Haven police officers responded to reports of a child being hit by a vehicle, causing serious injuries to the child. The driver fled the scene and the case was investigated by the Crash Reconstruction Unit. The warrant is pending for arrest.
