Radio 1's Big Weekend 2026, featuring Olivia Dean, Niall Horan, Kehlani, Dermot Kennedy, CMAT and Myles Smith, Alessi Rose, Ezra Collective, FLO, Holly Humberstone, Jorja Smith (Party Set), Maisie Peters and Odeal have been announced for the event. The station's flagship live music festival will take place in Herrington Country Park, Sunderland from 22 May to 24 May, with over 100,000 music fans expected to attend. Tickets will be available for General Admission from 11 March and General Admission tickets will cost £44.50 (£40.00) per hour. The event will also be hosted by Radio 1’s Life Hacks, a series of live panels across the North East from 24-27 March, exploring topics such as building a future, navigating life after education, managing mental health and understanding modern relationships.
