Capcom has announced that Resident Evil Requiem has sold over five million copies in less than a week, potentially making it the fastest-selling game in the series. The game, which was released five days ago, also surpassed the series' record for the best-reviewed game. However, it is still a few million off of the record held by Monster Hunter Wilds. The milestone also places Requiem as the 19th best selling game in Capcom history.
