A woman was critically injured after being shot in the neck on a Fridley highway after a fender bender, according to court documents. Prosecutors have charged 38-year-old Cordaryle Frank-Allen Frost with first-degree assault and drive-by shooting. The shooting occurred near University Avenue by Interstate 694. The victim was traveling with her daughter to a prom send-off party after attending a friend's house. The bullet hit her neck, which led to her losing control of her SUV and causing a spinal cord injury and impaired motor function. The Frosts were arrested on Monday and have not yet been charged.
