New Finnish series “Citizens of Heaven,” written by Venla Aakko and Mika Ronkainen, creators of multi-prized sales hit “All the Sins.” has announced its cast, including Lauri Tilkanen, Daniel Virtanen, Kreeta Salminen, Karl-Cristian Grundman, and Aamu Milonoff. The series is set within a religious cult led by Elias, led by his devout and disciplined father, and will be presented at Series Mania Forum’s showcase Coming Next from the Nordics on March 24. Executive producer Sari Lempiäinen praised Ronkaineen's distinctive visual style and both writers' understanding of the subject matter.
