Former New Rochelle middle school Spanish teacher, Samuel McVey, has been charged with aggravated harassment for threatening his former boss, New York City school district, police, and The Post in a series of bizarre online rants. The posts, which included threats and ethnic slurs, also claimed that he is now being courted by three top school districts in Westchester County and that the FBI is investigating the New Rochendown cops who arrested him. Mcvey has pleaded not guilty to the charges and has maintained his innocence in his YouTube posts.
