Clinton Adams, a prominent social media influencer and hip-hop artist known as "Clintnlord," has been sentenced to eight years in state prison for sexually assaulting two women in an abandoned mansion in Pacific Palisades. The 32-year-old Northridge resident, who claimed to own the $5.3 million Mediterranean-style villa, was arrested in late 2025 and pleaded no contest to charges of forcible rape and assault with intent to commit rape. Court records and testimony reveal that Adams lured women to the mansion, where the property had been abandoned due to smoke damage from the January 2025 wildfires.
