Francisco Fuentes, a 65-year-old man who was fatally struck by an SUV when he ran into lanes of traffic in Long Beach, California, was identified as the victim of the crash. The driver of the SUV remained at the scene and cooperated with police. Police believe speed, distracted driving and alcohol consumption were not factors in the collision.
