M&S boss calls for more action on crime and abuse of staff

Thinus Keeve, the CEO of UK retailer, has called for more resources to be used to combat crime and abuse of staff, stating that it is "getting worse, not better" and that retail staff are being targeted for abuse and violence every day. Keeve has written to London Mayor Sir Sadiq Khan for additional support from the police, and it is believed that the mayor will meet with M&S soon. The incidents have been described as "disgraceful" by Crime and Policing Minister Sarah Jones and "brazen" and "aggressive".
