Armed robbery at Memphis inn leads to 3 arrests

Three people have been charged with aggravated robbery following an armed robbery at a Memphis inn on April 14. The victims reported being robbed of $300 at gunpoint by two women and an armed man wearing a mask. The suspects were identified as Gwendolyn Morris, 39, and Courtney Lewellen, 22. Adrian Young, 41, was also charged with two counts of aggravated robbery and convicted of being a convicted felon in possession of a handgun. Police found the suspects in a Mercedes sedan near Pendleton and found a handgun underneath the front passenger seat. Both Morris and Lewellen have a $200,000 bond and are scheduled to appear in court on Friday.
