Taylor Frankie Paul and ex-boyfriend Dakota Mortensen have both been granted permanent restraining orders against each other, with whom they share a toddler son, Ever, and are seeking full custody of their child Ever. The temporary restraining orders were extended by a Utah judge. Mortensen filed his restraining order in March after a video surfaced of an incident where Paul, who was arrested for aggravated assault, threw metal bar stools at him and was put on supervised probation. Paul filed a counter TRO against Mortensen for an alleged high number of instances of abuse and domestic violence. A hearing is set for June 1 as they await the judge's recommendation on parent time. Both Paul and Mortensen both accused each other of domestic violence from February, which led to an investigation by Utah authorities and orders that they undergo psychiatric evaluations and postpennenn.
