Thomas Pellegrino, a member of the Manasquan school board, was arrested and charged with DWI after he drove his Jeep Wrangler into a home on March 7. The incident occurred at 2:10 a.m. and no one was injured. Pellegrid was also charged with refusing to submit to breath testing, reckless driving, unsafe operation of a motor vehicle, and leaving the scene of a car crash.
