Bryan Christopher Williams, a 31-year-old Philadelphia man, has been charged with repeated sexual assaults on a minor over a four-year period. The alleged assaults occurred on Bucks County-owned property and were discovered through a recording from a phone conversation from September 2025. Williams was captured without incident by the U.S. Marshals Service Eastern Pennsylvania Violent Crimes Fugitive Task Force. Police believe there may be additional victims.
