New search warrants have revealed that a woman known to the family is linked to both the break-in and earlier suspicious activity. The family's email and banking accounts were also targeted shortly after the crash, with authorities alleging that hundreds of thousands of dollars were stolen through a series of fraudulent transactions. No suspects have been identified or charged in the case.
