A tornado that hit the Bonnertown area of Lawrence County, Tennessee, damaged at least 10 homes and one business, pushed several structures off their foundations and destroyed hundreds of trees. The National Weather Service confirmed it was an EF1 tornado, which caused the destruction. One family survived their home being leveled, but their only structure on their property was an underground bunker, which was destroyed. The storm left the entire neighborhood covered in debris and left a brand-new double-wide mobile home, delivered Friday, blown across the road and down a hill into a pond. Firefighters said it is a miracle no one was killed or seriously injured during the storm. The recovery process will depend on the severity of the damage, depending on the extent of the extent.
