Donovan, a retired United States Army combat veteran, has been introduced as the new leader of the Veterans Services department in Virginia. He will be responsible for overseeing the daily operation of the facility, connecting veterans and their families with financial resources and other benefits, and building trust within the veteran community through peer engagement and community events.
