Matt Fish to Open Proof Public House in Ohio CIty

Matt Fish, the chef and musician who founded Melt Bar and Grilled in Lakewood, is returning to the restaurant industry with a new venture, Proof Public House, set to open in June. The former Proof space was purchased by Fish's new landlord, Dave Ferrante, and he plans to keep the restaurant's culinary options loose. The restaurant will feature an all-day menu that will shift seasonally based on available food. Fish plans to offer at least one “throwback” sandwich at all times and host Melt pop-ups a few times a year. He also plans to honor the Melt tattoo discount for his 1,000 fans.
