North Carolina State University student, Brayden Bulger, sustained a traumatic brain injury during a hit and run in South Carolina, according to the Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity. The fraternity did not specify when the incident occurred. A GoFundMe fundraiser was set up to help cover the medical expenses for Bulger. Over $57,000 had been raised within four days.
