NJ residents report dangerous ATV activity; police ramp up enforcement

Police in Berlin, New Jersey, are increasing enforcement after receiving numerous complaints about illegal ATV and off-road vehicle activity in several neighborhoods. The department recently charged multiple riders after they nearly struck a group of children. The noise and danger have escalated in recent months, according to residents Jess and Mike McGowan. Most complaints have come from two neighborhoods: The Enclave and New Freedom Village. The police plan to use AI technology, drones, and traditional patrol techniques to track down these machines and charge them.
