Tesla's Robotaxi fleet has grown to 25 vehicles across three Texas cities, according to data from the RobotaxI Tracker. This is far below what CEO Elon Musk predicted, but it marks the first real signs of growth nearly a year into the program. The data shows Tesla adding unsupervised vehicles in Austin, Dallas, and Houston over the past few weeks, a change from the previous months of stagnation. The fleet has shown virtually no growth since its launch in Austin in June. However, the overall fleet picture shows a grim picture, with only 25 vehicles operating less than 30% of the time. Tesla has pushed back expansion plans for five additional cities set for the first half of 2026.
